Focus on Today’s Tasks

Select only the core tasks you need to focus on today and manage your day efficiently.

The weekly plan you made on Monday, urgent work added on Tuesday, an idea that came to you on Wednesday... Your inbox is filled with all of these mixed together. Long-term projects, tasks that need to be done today, and things you can do someday are all in one place. This makes it easy to miss "what absolutely needs to be done today." When your inbox grows long without being cleaned up, urgent tasks and long-term goals compete on the same screen. With 100 tasks in your inbox, it's hard to find what needs to be done today, and important but non-urgent tasks easily get buried.

The Today tab clearly displays only what you need to focus on today, provides a sense of daily accomplishment, and creates the perfect balance between long-term planning and daily execution.

Tips

  1. A special space to focus only on today
: Today Inbox is different from the regular Inbox. While Inbox is a repository for all tasks you need to do in the future, Today Inbox selects only the core tasks you need to focus on for the day. Even when you time block on the calendar, tasks remain visible in the list, allowing you to manage them throughout the day without missing anything.

  2. Usage aligned with your daily routine
: In the morning, check Today Inbox first after arriving at work to set the direction for your day. During lunch, check your progress to reorganize afternoon priorities, and before leaving work, organize completed/incomplete tasks to reflect them in tomorrow's plan.

  3. Re-planning incomplete tasks with Overdue
: If there are tasks past their deadline, you can check them in the Overdue section. Quickly review incomplete tasks in the Today tab, acknowledge what wasn't completed, and re-plan accordingly. Tasks in the Overdue section can be moved to the Today section or directly to the calendar.
