How can I customize my Calendar view?

Several improvements make it easier to tailor the Calendar to the way you work — from tidying up all-day blocks to finer time intervals, filters, and a focused Calendar-only view.

All-Day Area: Expand & Collapse

When you have 3 or more all-day blocks on a single day, a toggle button appears.

• Collapsed: Shows up to 2 rows, with a "+more" count for the rest.

• Expanded: Displays all blocks at a glance.

This keeps your Calendar clean even on busy days.

5-Minute Time Intervals

The Calendar now snaps in 5-minute increments instead of 15. You can drag blocks into more precise positions, or type the time directly into the input field for exact scheduling.

Calendar View Filter

A new filter panel lets you individually toggle:

• Show weekends: Hide or show weekend columns.

• Show declined events: Remove declined events from your Calendar.

• Show completed tasks: Hide or show completed tasks on your Calendar.

You can also set visible hours to hide time slots you don't need, or zoom the time grid in and out to your preferred density.

Calendar-Only View

A new view mode that hides the Inbox panel and shows just the Calendar — perfect for when you want to focus on your schedule.
