Tips
Write a Quick Note from any task
: Click Add a note on a task card to jot down ideas, references, or status updates linked to that work. During a meeting you can save follow-ups in the same place, then recall them later without hunting through separate docs. Press Cmd (Ctrl) + Enter to save instantly or just close the window; Arch keeps everything for you. Add one short line of context like why the idea matters or what to do next and future you will thank you.
(*Notes can be viewed on mobile, but editing is available on desktop/web.)Add work-related links
: You can add and store all links related to your tasks or meetings. By adding Notes or Links like this, when it's time to work on a task, you can click to access relevant materials without searching around. Stop storing work-related information in multiple places and manage everything in one task view.Go deep in full screen
: Select the expand icon to switch into full screen. The clutter-free view is perfect for detailed meeting minutes, project briefs, or study notes that require total focus.Spot noted tasks at a glance
: Any task with a note shows a small note icon on the calendar. When you review past work or start a similar job you can jump straight to the relevant insights.Enjoy a smooth idea-to-execution flow
: Collect sparks in Inbox, plan them on the calendar, and develop them in Quick Note. Every note stays tied to real work so your knowledge base grows where it is most useful.
