Arch Calendar allows you to connect multiple Google accounts simultaneously. You can manage work accounts, personal accounts, and project-specific accounts all in one place, ensuring you don't miss any commitments.

How to Add an Account

  1. Click the Settings button at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Navigate to the Calendars tab.

  3. Click the + Add new calendar account button.

  4. When the Google account login screen appears, sign in with the account you want to connect.

  5. When Connected is displayed next to the account, the connection is complete.

Setting a Primary Calendar

You can set one of your multiple accounts as the Primary Calendar. The Primary Calendar is where new events and tasks are saved by default.

Select your preferred account from the Primary calendar dropdown at the top.

Selecting Connected Calendars

Each Google account may have multiple calendars. Use the checkboxes to select which calendars to display in Arch Calendar. For example, you can show the 'Team - Product' calendar while hiding the 'Team - Marketing' calendar.

Choosing a Calendar When Creating Events

When creating a new event or task, you can choose which account's calendar to save it to. Click the calendar icon in the Task/Event creation screen to see a list of all connected account calendars. Select the desired calendar and your event will be saved there.

Disconnecting an Account

If you want to remove an account you no longer use:

  1. Go to Settings - Calendars.

  2. Click the three dots (···) button next to the account you want to remove.

  3. Select the Remove option to disconnect the account.

Tips

  • When changing jobs: Connect your new company account and manage it together with your personal account. You don't need to go through the hassle of signing up with a new account.

  • Separating work and personal: Connect both your work and personal accounts to see work hours and personal time at a glance, helping you maintain a healthy balance.

  • Managing multiple projects: If you're involved in several projects, connect all project-specific Google accounts to prevent schedule conflicts and efficiently allocate your time.
