Arch Calendar offers two plans: a Free plan and a Pro plan.
Free Trial
Start with a 14-day free trial — no payment method required. During the trial, you have full access to every feature with no limitations.
After the trial ends, your account automatically switches to the Free plan with some feature limits. To keep using all features, simply add a payment method and subscribe.
Free Plan ($0/mo)
Organize your schedule for free.
If you don't subscribe after the trial, you'll be moved to the Free plan. You can continue using core features, with the following limits.
What's included in the Free plan:
Up to 4 personal Spaces
Weekly Analytics
Quick Capture
Up to 99 active to-do lists
Unlimited schedules
Simple and powerful Notes
Space limits
On the Free plan, you can have up to 4 active Spaces.
If you've set a Primary Space: Primary Space + Unassigned + 2 custom Spaces = 4 total
If you haven't set a Primary Space: Unassigned + 3 custom Spaces = 4 total
If you created 5 or more Spaces during the trial, active Spaces are automatically assigned when you switch to the Free plan:
With a Primary Space and Unassigned: the top 2 Spaces in your list become active (4 total including Primary Space and Unassigned)
With Unassigned only: the top 3 Spaces in your list become active (4 total including Unassigned)
Spaces not designated as active will be deactivated.
To-do list limits
On the Free plan, you can have up to 99 active to-do lists.
Space color customization
Custom Space colors are not available on the Free plan. However, any custom colors you set during the trial will be preserved.
Color themes
Color themes are not available on the Free plan.
Analytics
Analytics features are partially limited on the Free plan.
Free trial and Pro plan: All date ranges are available.
Free plan: Only This week and Last week are available. This month, Last month, Custom, and Datetime require a Pro plan subscription.
Pro Plan ($8/mo)
Everything in the Free plan, plus...
The monthly plan is $8/mo, and the annual plan is $80/yr.
With Pro, you get unlimited access to every feature.
